Supplying artwork for your exhibition light box stand kit 7

You will need to supply a number of artworks for your exhibition stand.

1. Front panel
The 1m wide front panel is the one nearest the aisle at the front of your stand. This is of course upright and requires artworks for both the front and the rear.

* You have the option to position a screen (not included) on any 1m wide module. When designing your artwork please be sure to avoid putting text, logos or other important content in the area where the screen will be positioned. Feel free to contact us for a chat about this if you feel it would be helpful.

2. Overhead panel
The 1m wide overhead panel joins the front panel and the rear wall together. It sits horizontally. Please provide an artwork for the side which faces the floor. As the other side will be unseen from ground level we normally recommend that you specify this as a block out panel but you also have the option of using a printed panel in this position**. Cost will be the same either way.

3. Side panel
The third 1m wide panel sits at a right angle to the back wall. This panel requires two artworks, one for the front and one for the rear.

4. 2m Rear wall panel
This panel requires two artworks, one for the front and one for the rear. **

This panel requires two artworks, one for the front and one for the rear. **

6. Optional counter
This counter requires two artworks, one for the front and one for the rear. **

**Single sided print with lightblock to rear or printed both sides?
You might like to know that your lightbox units will shine slightly brighter on one side if you use a block out fabric on the other. In simplistic terms this is because a block out panel will reduce light leakage, resulting in slightly more light being transmitted through the other side. So, if you intend to use your light box as a single sided display then you might like to opt for a light block panel to the rear rather than another printed panel. The choice is yours of course and there is no difference in cost. We hope you found this information useful.

General guidelines for Preparing Your Artwork

1. Artwork to be supplied as PDFs please. Recommended preset: PDF/X-4:2010.
2. Document colour mode: CMYK
3. All fonts must be outlined.
4. No crop mark or other printer's marks.
5. Linked images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 1/4 (25%) scale or 75dpi at full size.
6. The print file should not contain template lines. If you do not delete them then they may print.
7. Lettering size not be less than 3mm ; 2mm for lines
8. Make sure any overprint attributes have been disabled.
9. Recommended values for black: C100, M100, Y100, K100

THE BASICS: ASSEMBLING A MODULE

This system is easy to assemble. Parts are numbered to make the build up as easy as possible and all parts simply push fit together. Please watch our assembly videos to understand more. The push fit fabric graphics have a flexible plastic strip sewn into the edges. These simply push fit into the channel around the edge of the lightbox (these graphics are also known as SEG panels which stands for Silicone Edged Graphics). For larger systems we also offer an installation service, along with storage, throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide so please request a quote if this is of interest.

Installation

Your iGlo system requires no tools to assemble. Both the framework and graphics are push fit. If you are new to the system then we recommend that you do a trial run before heading off to the exhibition hall. We offer full telephone support to get you up and running if required, just call 0203 983 5797.

Whilst our iGlo systems are easy to set up we are often asked to deliver and install as well, for example when staff are not available. We can help with installation, removal and even storage.

Working with the screen bracket

The screen bracket is designed to support a maximum 43" screen size and up to 15kg. You can only use a screen bracket on your 1m wide iGlo modules, 2.25m high or 2.4m high (screens not included).
