Why choose rigid, printed Foamex display boards?
Foamex is a lightweight PVC board which prints beautifully. It has the advantage of being very easy to fit to walls, hang or put in a frame. We offer 3mm Foamex as well as 5mm and 10mm thick panels up to 1200mm x 2440mm, including all standard and custom sizes.

We produce Foamex panels in three thicknesses, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm. 3mm is most popular for exhibition shell scheme cladding.
All our 5mm, 10mm and 3mm Foamex boards are printed in full colour at high resolution using UV stable inks for a brilliant printing result.
Foamex has several advantages. Firstly as a rigid board the edges and corners are not easily damaged in the same way that paper posters might be. They are much more durable than either a heavy weight paper or a lightweight cardboard. Because they are rigid they will always sit flat and look good.
Another advantage of 3mm Foamex boards is the simplicity with which they can be hung. Yes, indeed they can be suspended from a suitable roof structure, or they can easily be fixed to a wall with double sided Velcro.

Options
We offer several different options with our 3mm Foamex which are also available with our 5mm and 10m product.
We offer the option of gloss lamination. Our standard panels feature an anti-scratch silk finish which is perfect for most exhibition and general displays. However, you can also order a gloss laminate if required.
We are able to drill holes to the corners of you boards if required, making screw fixing that much easier. Just tell us what you need.

You can order any size up to 1200mm x 2440mm (for larger panels please see our notes on delivery).
Most often we cut or 3mm Foamex with 90 degree corners as our clients require. However, we can also cut panels to virtually any shape you want, just ask us before you order.
Whilst they are waterproof we do not recommend 3mm Foamex for outdoor use. We advise that you order 5mm or 10mm for external applications. We print our boards with UV stable inks to maximise their lifespan and resist fading. As with all outdoor signage you will need to make sure they are firmly fixed, well enough to withstand weather conditions.
