Tension Fabric Exhibition Stands

Tension Fabric Exhibition Stands

With the growing popularity of fabric displays we are regularly asked to advise our clients on the pros and cons of each option. Firstly it must be said that we have no particular axe to grind either way. We produce both vinyl graphics and textile graphics for exhibition stands in-house. We will always advise based on the best possible choice of graphics for the job in hand based on requirements and specification.

For those of you who are not so familiar with recent advances in the role of stretch fabric graphics you might like to know a few more details about the technique and the potential application of such products. Firstly you should know that printing onto textiles is done using a method called dye sublimation. This method of printing involves infusing inks into the polyester fabric. Once printed these fabrics can actually be machine washed (on a suitable gentle cycle) as the stretch fabric display material is robust. The inks will not run and will last for literally hundreds of outings to exhibitions and events if required. We have invested heavily in dye sublimation printing technology and every week will you produce substantial amounts of display graphics using this method. Take our illuminated counter, in terms of product quality the inks will not run and will project beautifully for literally hundreds of outings to exhibitions and events if required. We have invested heavily in dye sublimation printing technology and every week will you produce substantial amounts of display graphics using this method. In terms of products we now produce complete exhibitions stands using large format digital printed textiles, our illuminated exhibition stand is a shining example. In fact there is no limit to the area that we can dress with fabric graphics. Whilst we can produce a print 5m wide and 50m long in one piece we can also then stitch them together to make even larger displays.

More often we are using the technology to create stunning portable display stands, including Formulate fabric displays, Waveline, Wavelight and Casonara lightboxes.

We also produce high volumes of feather flags which are now not only used at sports events but also indoors at Exhibitions, outside shops, bars and restaurants, in fact anywhere that will benefit from high-level branding so you get your message across. Another popular product is our pop up banners which are always in evidence at golf days and other sporting events, especially in their overall format.

Pop up banners are also known as pop out banners, spring banners because they literally self expand when you take them out of the bag.

A fibreglass frame simply springs out like a Jack-in-the-Box! We are now also able to produce gazebo tents printed all over at very low cost thanks to these new technologies.

So why would you choose a fabric Wavelight exhibition stand over a vinyl option? Until now the majority of exhibition display graphics have been produced by printing on to vinyl. For example, magnetic pop up stands, which are still incredibly popular, or based on vinyl printed panels held onto a frame with magnetic fixings. They fit into a wheeled transit case and are very convenient and easy to install. They create a good looking display at relatively low-cost and remain a highly popular exhibition display solution. The arrival of popular fabric stands like Texstyle, iGLO lightboxes, Formulate and Waveline are all based on fabric and give the user a further set of options for display. So why would you choose a fabric Formulate straight stand over a magnetic display? Well it has to be said that this is not an easy choice to make. The fabric display has the advantage of being lighter in weight and hence more portable, it’s also boasts a seamless graphic panel across front and back. This avoids having to adjust panel seems to match up images flowing across the seams of two panels. Check out our Casonara counter. Why not give us a call to discuss your brief so that we can lay out the pros and cons of the alternative systems as they relates to your exact requirements? We’d be delighted to hear from you
